Plaistow Recycled Baltic Timber Bar Table

The Plaistow Recycled Baltic Timber Bar Table features a thick, recycled Baltic timber top and solid table legs in a sturdy design. The rugged Baltic timber table top is naturally distressed showing it's previous use as construction timber. The timber is sourced from the old Plaistow Hospital in East London, built in 1901. The hospital was damaged from bombings in the second world war but restored shortly after. The hospital officially closed in 2006 and the timber was salvaged from the demolition of the old building, giving these tables a unique character with loads of charm and story to tell!

The base shown here is solid recycled Baltic timber and is also available in a solid, industrial steel base.

Also available in a variety of timbers such as Jarrah, Marri and Victorian Ash and can be fully customised in size and finishes.
