Plaistowe Recycled Timber Dining Table

The rustic inspired Plaistowe Dining Table features a beautiful 70mm thick, recycled Baltic timber top and solid industrial metal steel base in a clean modern design. The rugged Baltic timber table top is naturally distressed from previous use. The timber is sourced from the old Plaistowe Hospital in East London, built in 1901. The hospital was damaged from bombings in the second world war but restored shortly after. The hospital officially closed in 2006 and the timber was salvaged from the demolition of the old building, giving these tables a unique character with loads of charm and story to tell!

The base shown here is a natural finish industrial steel but is also available as a timber option.

This unique stunning table is a great example of recycled timber furniture made right here in Perth, WA.
